What I see happening as we continue to do and we are doing.
A community of men who identify and activate their individual gifts, passion, and relationships in order to connect the men of MFUMC with one another and join them in the journey of growth in discipleship of Jesus Christ.
It needs some wordsmithing.

Love "...identify and activate their individual gifts, passion and relationships..." Passion should be plural.
Could read, "...men who identify and activate relationships through their individual gifts and passions..."
What about men not "of" MFUMC? What if it read, "...connect men through MFUMC..."
So what would that look like?
"A community of men who pledge to identify and activate relationships through their individual gifts and passions in order to connect men through MFUMC with one another and grow them deeper as disciples of Jesus Christ."
It's too long. And I think I like your original better.
